How to Register for the AskZenlinc Application
(This process was created to be shared with a User, feel free to use in outside communication, see attached PDF)
- Visit http://AskZenlinc.us/
- Scroll to the bottom of the page or select “Request the App” in the top right
- Download the application by selecting the appropriate link for your device (Apple, Android, Windows Desktop)
- Open the app and follow the prompts (Complete video walk-through of the registration process)
- Allow AskZenlinc to use your location
- This will allow AskZenlinc to place you on the isolation zone map and is expected to be used when
you are at the scene of an emergency
- Review the details and select “Complete Registration”
- Enter your First Name, Last Name, and Email Address (twice for confirmation) and select “Verify
My Email”
- Select “Continue” and you will be taken to your profile page
- If you do not receive the email in approximately 10 minutes, then you can select “Resend Email”
- Once you receive the email, please select the link in the email after reviewing the information
- Return to the AskZenlinc app and select “Registration”
- Enter all information (Trainer information is optional) and then tap (do not slide) the toggles to
sign the form and select “Submit” - Access to AskZenlinc is handled by the Class I Railroads who will review any requests and either Approve or Reject your request
- If you have previously been approved, you will be able to use the app freely including disabling
any other devices you have registered
- If you are new to AskZenlinc or your email is new, you must wait for the Class I railroad selected to
review your account and approve your request; this could take several weeks
- You can work with your local Class I Railroad to speed up the process
- Contact information can be found using the drop-down menu at the very bottom of the right-
hand side of the AskZenlinc.us page - Once you have been approved or rejected, you will receive an email and have full access to the application (including Car Lookup and Top 125 Hazmat transported by Rail in the previous year)
